Every SteeringMod is built to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks from order confirmation for your wheel to be handcrafted, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Complex configurations or high-demand periods may require additional production time. We will always contact you if there is any unexpected delay.

We ship worldwide via tracked courier. Delivery times vary by destination. A signature is required upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are collected by your local customs authority.

Because every wheel is custom built to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review your customisation selections carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@steeringmod.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or resolution at our discretion.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before production has commenced. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted as materials and labour have been committed to your build.
